- How does it differ from individual subscriptions?
- You pay one invoice for the whole team, and the seats unlock the same full access each individual sub does — but at a discount. Members log in with their own emails and have their own personalised settings.
- Can I add or remove members later?
- Yes. As the team admin, you can invite or remove members at any time from your team management page. The number of seats you pay for is the maximum simultaneous active members.
- What happens after the 2-year introductory lock?
- Your team renews at the standard rate after the 2-year lock expires. We'll notify you 30 days in advance. You can cancel or downgrade at any time.
- Can I get an invoice or pay by bank transfer?
- Yes — for 20+ seat plans we offer custom invoicing and net-30 terms. Contact sales to discuss.
